     Pitching camps are broken up in to two age groups so that each player can get the most out of the camps. These camps will focus on the overall fundamentals of pitching, from Mechanics to Pitcher Fielding Drills to Mound Presence. Pitching is not just about how hard you throw, it’s about delivery and commanding the strike zone. It starts at how to play catch, and proper arm care. Pitchers control the pace of the game and as such need to know how to hold runners on base and when to pick them off. Ultimately, the ball has to go to home plate, and with these camps the players will not only come out more fundamentally sound, but with mental toughness that can go beyond the field and give them an edge.
